It has been witnessed that company is facing issues in terms of supply chain management. In order to have long term development the company is looking forward to have improvement in supply chain management process through application of Flash View and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). In this regard the deliverables of project need to be understand in significant manner (Burke, 2013). Using diverse standards the activities can be accomplished. It includes material, strategy plans, new place, workers, and productive finances keeping in mind the end goal to meet the goal of the business venture.

1.4 Limitations of project manager responsibility

The project manager is focus on better communication and distribution of responsibility of each and very employees in work place. It means the project manager is only accountable of activities within project (Flyvbjerg, 2013).
