It is a well known fact that for individuals in today’s world it is extremely important that they have a good knowledge of the English language and can read, write and speak it.This language in the last some years has become so popular that it is now also seen as tongue of the world. Now English is a very typical language and requires on part of both the learner and tutor that they have conceptual clarity (Shenton, 2008). To provide the best benefit to learners it is extremely important for the teachers that they enroll or teach only such students, who fall in age group of 3-6 or still are in kindergarten. But on part of them it will have to be ensured that they pay full attention to such students.

This is so because of reason the region where such an activity will have to be conducted has a history of not being able to accept the language and/or not being able to use it properly. So for the teachers, going by adage that the younger the age; the maximum impact it will have on concerned individuals and demographic history of the region, they will have to consider such children as their main students.

TEACHING SETTING

To be able to provide an effective teaching environment to the learners, the tutors and educators will have to keep a lot of things in mind. They will be required to provide such a learning environment to students that they keep themselves busy in learning some or the other thing every now and then and also get a hold on English language.

In this regard it may not be wrong to say that to create such an environment, the teaching settings and style play a very crucial role. In this regard it can be said that it is one of the most important aspects of teaching for any and every class. This is so because of reason that it is the only way through which they can help their students to learn.

For any educational setting the environment that they provide to the students is of paramount importance, as it can be supported through fact that it is one of those elements which enable the spirit to learn among the students.

Herein it can be said that it is a very effective way through which the educator can help their students to learn to speaking English. There are a lot of tools and techniques that can be used to create such an environment, like providing audio/visual help to them, specialized care and attention, etc. Since students in this context will be the ones who are aged 3-6 and have just started to learn the language. So main focus of the teaching staff will be on making them learn how to speak, understand and communicate in English & how to do assignment writing. Though it can prove to be a very tough job to do, but the teachers will be required to be as patient as possible and little more caring towards them. This is so because of reason that these students will be kindergartners, meaning that they may not have any prior knowledge of the subject.

WAYS TO OVERCOME THEM

Continual use of the second language: There are very sharp chances that the teachers will be faced with a situation where in the students may be using their first or native language with one another. But in such cases, they will have to motivate them to use the foreign language to express, even if they do not use it correctly. Herein the teacher will have to ensure that till the time students are in English class, they use only this language.

Overly dependent on the teachers: This is a very major issue that the teachers may have to face while teaching this language to young learners.

Defiant or distracting student: It is one of the most common issues that teachers are faced with, no matter what subject they are teaching. Such students are so disruptive in nature that they can disturb the whole class all at one time and also prove to be a major hurdle for the teacher.

Bored or unmotivated students: It is another issue which is very common in educational institutes and has to be faced more often than not by the teachers.But this problem has the capability to ruin the efforts of teachers and make them useless. In the country there are seldom people who have any kind of grasp over the subject.

Teaching English to students is one of the trickiest jobs that teachers have to do, especially in non-English speaking nations. In this regard, it can also be said that it is a very tough job.
