Under the same, questions could be asked like what is the most important benefit they have got from the welfare policy. In written reflection method people can write their grievances in welfare benefits.
Interviews: Interviews constitute numerous open ended queries that can be used to find out the impact of welfare system. Face to face interviews can be done with each individual involved in welfare system. It can conducted with 4 to 5 number of people to find out pros and cons of welfare states.
