Introduction
In every individuals some kinds of traits and quality which support them in better performing their responsibility and role. In the context of business organisation, manager play a very crucial role who is responsible to manage business activities and develop policies and working practices. In order to attain the objective within a time and in effective manner, manger must have effective management skill through which he/she can effectively manage and coordinate business activities (Ivanovic and Collin, P. eds., 2015). A good manager can lead other in better way so they require high managerial traits and quality for survive business functions. The following report provides a depth knowledge and understanding about the managerial skill in the manager who manage the business from the overseas. Furthermore, it has also defined that how a manager manage business function and activities by use of his managerial skills like technical skill, human skill, conceptual skill etc.

A management is a process of managing and coordinating the activities and things in such manner so as determined outcomes can attain within a specific time as well as available resources. This process consist with organising, planning, controlling and directing resources in order to attain objective. In the context of business organisation, in order to manage business activities and conduct proper management, manger play a very crucial role. A manager is a person who is responsible for controlling and administrating company's activities and set the policies and practices for attainment of desired objective.
As per the given scenario, a senior manager of the Australia's property development organisation have various kinds of roles and responsibility toward company. In order to manage the business activities and function a senior manager play a very crucial role in the Monopoly property group. It is a property developer corporation helping UK investor and migrants in Australia by proving a complete property service (Currie, Finn and Martin, 2010). Its office in Australia and its major objective is to deliver high quality services to customer and earn the maximum market share. For this objective senior manager is responsible to look for planning and directing the work of a group of individual and monitoring their work. As per the scenario, a senior manager lives in the foreign most of the time and will fly over Australia for business of the three to four times a year. Most of the time senior manager is liaising with the other developer and builder of business by use of internet and other technical communication mediums. With the help of internet and other communication medium, senior manager deals with the developer and operate day to day business operation. From the long distance from business plant and senior manager it is very difficult for his to manage daily activities and operation of business but with the help of his excellent management skill he easily manages daily activities of business.
As per the scenario Cited firm is going to search for the good location suburb and buy a big piece of land to subdivide into few units. For this objective, senior manger plays very crucial role because in the absence of him, developer and builder can not take any kind of decision related to activities and future operation. In such case, the senior manager can use his effective managerial skill. As per the given case, the said senior manager mostly lives in overseas so while he lives in foreign, he can conduct send a proper report of the business activities through email to developer and junior manger in the cited venture. In this manner, senior manager can develop a proper planning about the new decision related to buy a big piece of land in suburb. Manager can develop a strategies and planning about the future programs and communicate with developer and subordinates with use of email. He can develop a schedule for daily activities and convey with junior manager at regular basis. While he takes the broad level decision related to investment, he can conduct a meeting either by conference or by face to face. Face to face meeting can conduct by senior manager when he comes at Australia office otherwise he can communicate with video conference with junior. With the help of effective communication and inspiration skill, manager can easily describe the planning for business activities to develop and builder of organisation (Stone, 2013). The said manager have effective technical skill, human skill, conceptual skill so he use his all managerial skill in order to run smooth functioning of Monopoly property group. By use of technical skill, he prepares a presentation about the entire process of operation which needed in buy a big piece of land. For this objective, senior manager prepare a presentation about existing and future activities of business. While he will come at the organisation at Australia then he will provide proper understanding about the business activities through presentation (Wright, and McMahan, 2011) An effective manager have skill to convince and motivate subordinate for higher productivity and performance so the said manager can also use these skill while he conduct open session in the organisation. In the open session, he inspire and motivate subordinate for higher performance and describe the future benefits for them through this business operation. He can develop effective policies and practices of working and communicate with employees. He can also allow employees for flexible working practices so employees and developer can also carried out their assignment at home or any other place which far from office. While manager will change in any kind of activities and function of business then they will provide a systematic information to employees. In order to manage the finance, senior manager can use financial concept and tasks like budgeting, financial analysis and book keeping. On the other hand in order to increase the productivity and quality of day to day operation , manager can prepare a daily evaluation sheet (Maley, 2011). In order to evaluate and assess the employees performance on daily basis, senior manager can provide daily evaluation sheet to each employees under which employees are suppose to fill their daily work performance and achievement. On daily basis, employees send their daily performance sheet to senior manager and he will check their performance against the set target. With the help of conceptual skill, senior manager can able to solve problem in a strategic level and communicate with employees with help of communication medium.
As per the discussion it can be said that senior manager can easily manage the day to day operation in the monopoly property group organisation by use of his effective managerial skill such as human skill, technical skill, communication skill, conceptual skill etc (Lewis and et.al., 2010). With help of effective managerial skill, manager can define the actual objective of the organisation to employees and influence them for better performance. Senior manager have effective relationship skill through which he can develop healthy relationship with all department of organisation. Senior manager will effectively manage the daily operation of business in the monopoly organisation either he will within the organisation or foreign. With help of his intelligence and managerial skill, the goal of the organisation can easily attain. By proper planning, organising, monitoring and evaluating business activities, senior manager can manage business operation and provide effective outcomes to organisation. Senior manager have quality to influence and inspire people at workplace so while he taken any kind of decision related to business operation he can invite employees and describe each activity and planning for business in the future.
CONCLUSION
From this project report it has been concluded that with help of effective managerial skill, senior manner of effectively manage daily working operation in the organisation. It has been also concluded that an effective manager have various kinds of roles and responsibility in order to attain the determined objective. Senior manager of the cited organisation can use various managerial skill, like technical, human skill, conceptual skill and communication skill in order to manage business operation and set the path for attainment of success.
